Wonders of the West End

Performed by Pickering Musical Society featuring the Best of British musicals from the early 20th century through to some current hits. The full company will be joined on stage once again by students of the Sarah Louise Ashworth School of Dance, who will bring the glamour of the West End to the stage.

The production will feature music from many shows and there will be something for everyone, with some lesser known gems and, of course, everyone’s show stopping favourites.

The concert will also feature a new director. Courtney Brown will be known to many of our regular audience members as a performing member of the society; most recently taking the parts of the Princess in Aladdin and Ado Annie in Oklahoma. Courtney has expressed a keen interest in directing and will be taking on this production as assistant director to society regular Luke Arnold.

Running for only four nights, the production is sure to be a sell out success.
